John Holland is Senior Managing Director of Crow Holdings Industrial and oversees the growth of the industrial development team, capabilities, market penetration, culture and outcomes.
John joined Crow Holdings Industrial in June 2016 after nearly 30 years with Trammell Crow Company and CBRE. He began his career as a Landman with Shell Oil Company and after 5 years was recruited to Trammell Crow Company as an Office Leasing Agent. His responsibilities evolved after Trammell Crow Company and CBRE merged as Executive Managing Director and Market Leader of South Texas – Louisiana, where he was responsible for all service lines and all product types. CBRE became the recognized leader across his geography through collective leadership, teamwork, innovation, a strong work ethic and the shared values of respect, integrity, service and excellence.
John earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Petroleum Land Management from the University of Texas. He and his wife have two grown children and he is an avid outdoorsman. He is Co-Chair of the Rise School of Houston, which provides early childhood development for children with disabilities. He also serves on the UT MD Anderson Board of Visitors and its Clinical Advisory Committee.

Jefferson (Jeff) Hill is Vice President of Industrial Development and working in the Los Angeles office. Jeff is focused on site selection, entitlement, city processing, vendor selection, development and overseeing the construction of various sites throughout the western U.S.
Prior to Crow Holdings, Jeff was head of California development for CenterCal Properties where he focused on site selection, city processing of entitlements and development of mixed-use and retail projects throughout the state.
Jeff brings to Crow Holdings an over 35-year career in real estate having worked for Opus, The Irvine Company, C.J. Segerstom, ING Clarion Partners, Bank of America and Holland Partners.
Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Insurance and Real Estate from Cal Poly and lives in Los Angeles with his wife and children.

Brad Cooper is an Associate at Crow Holdings Industrial. He is responsible for the asset management of existing projects and underwriting of new development opportunities.
Prior to joining Crow Holdings Industrial, Brad was an analyst with Independent Bank where he was responsible for underwriting new and existing energy deals for the bank’s energy portfolio totaling $250MM. Additionally, Brad worked with the Beck Group, a Dallas-based construction firm, as a Preconstruction Engineer where he developed and analyzed trends in pricing for buildings prior to commencing construction. He also served as a Project Engineer for the Beck Group where he assisted in the project management and construction of AT&T corporate real estate.
Brad holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science and a Master of Urban Planning from the Texas A&M University College of Architecture.

At Crow Holdings Industrial, Jack assists in the acquisition, entitlement, capitalization, and asset management processes for the Southern California office. Prior to joining Crow Holdings Industrial, he worked at both CBRE Global Investors and KTR Capital Partners as an Acquisitions Analyst. In these roles, Jack helped acquire over $750M of office and industrial projects throughout the West Coast on behalf of comingled funds and separate account clients.
Jack received a B.B.A degree in Finance, Real Estate, and International Business from Villanova University in 2014. He is an active member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Los Angeles.
Development Coordinator, Dallas
Sarah Pearson is a Development Coordinator at Crow Holdings Industrial where she is responsible for coordinating the legal, accounting, and reporting activities of our development projects and stabilized assets. Additionally, she handles the administrative and marketing functions of the firm.
Prior to joining CHI, Sarah worked with High Impact Life, where she assisted the founder and chairman of the organization. Other past experience includes work at investment banking firm Houlihan Lokey.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Behavioral Science from Hardin-Simmons University.
